Dinner menu for April 17th

Please note: in order to attend the dinner, you will have to add this to your registration when you bought your conference ticket. You can edit your registration via the confirmation email you received when you bought your ticket.
The price for the dinner is 500 DKK.
A vegetarian option is available, please remember to notify us through your registration. 

Starter
Cold smoked ”Fynbo” salmon with horseradish-crème, spring greens and crisp rye.

Main
Slow roasted free range pork served with creamy potatoes, bread crumbs and watercress.
Salad of Jerusalem artichokes, almonds and pear.
Sauce.

Dessert
Milk pudding served with variations of blackcurrants, crumble and licorice.

Bread and butter 
Wine: 1 glass of white wine, 2 glasses of red wine, and 1 glass of dessert wine
